Andy Conklin, CPC

Andy Conklin, CPC, is the principal of Talent Engagement Partners and a Certified Personnel Consultant through NAPS 360, the National Association of Personnel Services. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Andy provides tailored recruiting and consulting services to hospitality employers and candidates locally and across the country.

Andy is an experienced sales and marketing executive who has led world-class brands and destinations at the local, national, and global levels. His strategic vision and collaborative approach focus on the needs of customers, employees, and stakeholders. Over his career, he recruited, trained, and developed highly engaged and productive sales and marketing teams that consistently delivered revenue and market share growth while exceeding customer expectations and increasing brand loyalty.

Andy applied his leadership experience and passion for connecting great talent with rewarding careers to provide tailored recruiting and consulting services for the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, meeting and convention venues, event centers, and sports venues, and beyond.

Before founding Talent Engagement Partners, Andy served as executive vice president at Visit Cincy, a destination marketing organization, where he led sales, marketing, and client services, connecting the local hospitality community with current and prospective group customers to deliver safe, welcoming, and memorable attendee experiences. Prior to Visit Cincy, Andy held positions leading sales and marketing for hotels including Starwood Hotels, W, Westin, Sheraton, Hyatt Hotels, and others.

Andy attended high school in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University before joining Hyatt Hotels in Columbus and then moving to Chicago. Today, Andy lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two daughters and enjoys coaching and playing volleyball, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
