A Passion for Developing Hospitality Careers
Andy began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels in their corporate sales training program. This investment in their employee development led to a 10-year Hyatt career in leadership positions around the Midwest, including Chicago. After Hyatt, he worked for Starwood Hotels, additional worldwide hotel brands and destination sales and marketing.
After 30 years in the hospitality industry, what always inspired Andy the most was finding and developing talented employees, leaders and teams.
